Drawing on lived experience of bereavement, I’ve developed Lost For Words to share how art for wellbeing can help and how to journal as a creative and expressive outlet as you endure loss. Journalling combines writing and art, words and image, and it can become a very personal and flexible space to record, vent and reflect.
